Sara R. Throne is a transactional real estate attorney who focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including conversions to condominium and cooperative ownership and the financing for same, and the representation of cooperative and condominium boards.
Representative matters in which Ms. Throne has worked include:
● Represented the developer in the acquisition and conversion to condominium ownership of 360 Central Park West.
● Represented the borrower in construction loans;
● Represented the tenants in the first Mitchell Lama rental property to be converted to condominium ownership;
● Represents numerous cooperative corporations and condominium association boards in connection with shareholder/unit owner relations; financing transactions; complex construction and improvement projects including multi-million dollar cogeneration projects and the public and private financing associated with same.
