Leah M. Bloomberg is a transactional real estate attorney who focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-family homes, cooperative and condominium apartments. As part of her practice, Leah attends to various aspects of clients’ residential real estate ownership including public and private financing, formation and organization of LLC’s and preparation of Wills and Trusts.

Leah serves as general counsel to various cooperatives and condominium associations where she advises on prospective purchase applications, commercial leases, unit owner and/or shareholder matters, financing transactions, and construction and improvement projects.

She received her B.A. from The George Washington University, and her J.D. from New York Law School where she was a fellow of the Center for Real Estate Studies. Leah is also a lecturer on CLE courses relating to transactional real estate matters.

Admitted to both the New York State and New Jersey State Bars.
