Martin J. Friedman is a partner in the firm and has concentrated his practice in real estate tax reduction proceedings since he joined the firm in 1983. He is currently a Director and past President of The Real Estate Tax Review Bar Association.
As a member of the Condemnation & Tax Certiorari Committee of the New York City Bar, he drafted a memorandum in support of changes to Real Property Tax Law §718, which passed into law.
He received a B.A. cum laude from SUNY Stony Brook, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and his J.D. cum laude from The George Washington University.
